Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for greeting customers, understanding needs, and supporting their shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; maintain confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and safe. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management. Requires ability to stand for extended periods, lift 15-35 lbs repeatedly, work at heights, and perform repetitive motions as part of store operations.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
