Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist with their shopping needs to deliver an exceptional in-store experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards through floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote company programs (loyalty, warranties, credit card enrollment) and adhere to safety and loss-prevention procedures. Foster an inclusive, respectful store environment and collaborate with teammates to support the entire store. Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
