Retail Sales Associate (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Greet customers and proactively assist to understand needs, delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards (floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory, replenishment) and promote programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private label credit enrollment). Adhere to safety, loss-prevention, and SOPs while fostering an inclusive store environment. Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform additional tasks as assigned. Strong emphasis on customer focus, collaboration, trust, and action-oriented behaviors. Experience with standing, lifting 15–35 lbs, and ability to work extended periods as part of a retail role.
