Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist with their needs to enhance the shopping experience; maintain merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, and pricing; promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment; follow safety, loss prevention, and procedures; foster an inclusive store environment; support teammates across the store and complete tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to work up to 4 hours standing or walking; ability to work at heights with ladder or lift; ability to perform repetitive motions up to 2 hours continuously
