Retail Sales Associate (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Retail Sales Associate at Dick's Sporting Goods responsible for greeting customers, proactively understanding their needs, delivering an exceptional shopping experience, and applying product knowledge to support athletes. Maintains store appearance through floor-set execution, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promotes programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment while adhering to safety and loss-prevention policies. Contributes to an inclusive, respectful store environment, supports team activities, and performs other tasks as assigned by management. Prior retail, cashier, or customer-focused experience is preferred; ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting 15-35 lbs, climbing to heights with equipment) and operate in a fast-paced retail setting are desired traits.
