Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience; uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets and signage; promote programs such as loyalty, warranties, and credit card enrollment; follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; create an inclusive store environment; support the team across the store through an all-hands-on-deck approach; perform other tasks as assigned by management; leverage product knowledge and customer-focused skills to drive sales and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
