Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist to understand needs and support the shopping experience. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor-set requirements, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
