Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support the shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor-set and signage requirements, manage price changes, and ensure accurate inventory presentation and replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
