Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively engage to understand their needs, helping them find products and enhance their shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow price changes and inventory replenishment procedures, and promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and store policies, contribute to an inclusive and respectful store environment, and support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
