Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience; uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment; promote programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment; adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOP policies; cultivate an inclusive store environment; take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team; perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
