Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs and support the shopping experience. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs including loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and confidentiality policies. Create an inclusive store environment and support the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
