Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
