Greet customers and proactively assist to understand needs and enhance their shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, execute floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and safe. Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
