Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote programs such as loyalty enrollment, warranty sales, and private label credit card participation. Adhere to safety and loss-prevention policies while maintaining confidentiality of store information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck attitude. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
