Greet customers and proactively approach to understand their needs, supporting their shopping experience. Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs, maintaining confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and safe. Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach and perform other tasks as assigned. Qualifications include prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred; physical ability to stand, bend, lift 15–35 lbs, and work extended periods.
