Maintain merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory replenishment, and stock presentation. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information. Foster an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and safe. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other management-directed tasks.
