Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support the shopping experience; uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, and inventory replenishment; promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment; adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; create an inclusive store environment; support the team across the store; perform other tasks as assigned; ability to stand, bend, reach, push/pull, and lift 15 to 35 lbs; endure extended standing/walking periods; capability to work in heights with ladder or platform; and demonstrate teamwork and customer-focused behaviors.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
