Retail Sales Associate (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Retail Sales Associate at DICK’S Sporting Goods responsible for greeting customers, proactively understanding needs, and assisting shoppers with product knowledge to enhance the shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards (floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment), promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment, and adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs. Foster an inclusive store environment, support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach, and perform other tasks as assigned. Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience is preferred. Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push/pull and lift 15 to 35 lbs repetitively; capable of standing or walking for extended periods and working at heights as needed.
