Greet customers and proactively assist with their shopping experience; understand customer needs and support their buying decisions. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor-set and signage requirements, manage price changes, and ensure accurate inventory presentation and replenishment. Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information. Foster an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to supporting the team across the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
