Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsibilities include greeting customers, proactively assisting to understand needs, driving sales, and supporting their shopping experience; uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment; promote programs such as loyalty, warranties, and private label credit card enrollment; follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; create an inclusive store environment; support the team across the store; perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
