Maintain merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment. Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and enrollment in private label credit cards. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures while maintaining confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
