Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support the shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs while maintaining confidentiality. Create an inclusive store environment and support the team with a collaborative, all-hands-on-deck approach. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
