Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support their shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor sets and signage, and participate in inventory replenishment. Promote programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs while creating an inclusive, respectful store environment. Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck mindset and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
