Retail Sales Associate (All Positions) - HIRING EVENT

Retail Sales Associate needed to help create an exceptional shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, proactively understanding their needs, and assisting with product knowledge and service to support their shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards (floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment). Promote programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention policies and standard operating procedures, and protect confidentiality of company information. Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
