Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively engage to identify needs, helping customers find products and enhance their shopping experience. Maintain store merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor-set and signage requirements, manage price changes, and ensure inventory presentation and replenishment. Promote company programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment. Uphold safety, loss-prevention, and store procedures while creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for teammates and customers. Support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach and be prepared to perform additional tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications include prior retail sales/cashier/customer-focused experience preferred, and the ability to stand/bend/reach/push/pull and lift 15–35 lbs repetitively (up to 25 times per hour), work extended periods standing/walking (up to 4 hours), work at heights (>4 feet) with appropriate equipment, and perform repetitive motions for up to 2 hours. Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
