Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively engage to understand needs; provide in-depth product knowledge and support shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow signage and pricing changes, and support inventory replenishment. Promote programs such as loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment. Uphold safety, loss prevention, and store policies; foster an inclusive environment and collaborate with teammates. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support store operations and perform tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
