Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for greeting customers, proactively understanding needs and facilitating a positive shopping experience; maintain merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment; promote programs such as loyalty, warranties, and credit card enrollment; adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; foster an inclusive store environment; support the team across the store; and demonstrate accountability, collaboration, and customer-focused service.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
