Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively approach to understand needs and support the shopping experience; uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, and inventory presentation; promote customer programs such as loyalty, warranties, and card enrollment; adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures; create an inclusive store environment; support the team with an all-hands-on-deck approach; perform other management- or store-directed tasks. Requires ability to stand, bend, reach, lift 15–35 lbs, work extended periods, and perform repetitive motions as part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
