Job Summary
Greet customers and proactively assist with their shopping needs, leveraging in-depth product knowledge to create an exceptional in-store experience. Maintain presentation standards, follow floor-set and signage rules, and support inventory replenishment. Promote programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs while fostering an inclusive store environment. Support the team across responsibilities and perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 15 to 35 lbs. repeatedly (up to 25 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
