Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support a positive shopping experience. Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, follow floor sets and signage requirements, and participate in price changes and inventory replenishment. Promote company programs such as customer loyalty, warranty sales, and enrollment in private label credit cards. Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and operating procedures while creating an inclusive store environment. Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
