Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at Dick's Sporting Goods responsible for greeting customers, proactively understanding their needs, and supporting their shopping experience through in-depth product knowledge and adherence to brand and store standards. Duties include following floor sets and signage standards, managing price changes and inventory presentation, promoting loyalty programs and warranty/credit card enrollment, ensuring safety and loss-prevention procedures, creating an inclusive store environment, supporting team across the store, and performing additional tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
