Job Summary
Promote and recommend AAA memberships, insurance referrals, and financial products while assisting customers with travel planning for hotels, car rentals, and vacation packages. Manage and respond to Roadside Assistance calls continuously throughout the day and contribute to team operations by helping with cashiering, tag and title services, and ID services. Work Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM and 1 PM, with no late nights or Sundays, earning hourly pay between $14.73 and $19.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- Ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position
Desired Qualifications
- Previous sales experience
- Basic geography knowledge
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment
