Job Summary
Consistently up-sell and cross-sell AAA products such as new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals. Assist members in planning domestic travel vacations, including car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and triptiks. Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak call volumes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Serve as backup by assisting in the functions of Cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services if applicable. This full-time role requires previous sales and customer service experience, effective communication skills, and computer proficiency. Schedule includes Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, with a 37.5-hour work week and no Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- Required previous sales and customer service experience
- ability to drive results and exceed expectations
- Showcase effective written and oral communication skills
- proficiency in computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment screening results including criminal, drug, and state and/or vendor specific screenings
- ability to obtain necessary Membership license (or others) as required to perform the essential functions of the position
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain with 6 months of employment
