Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate at AAA Club Alliance. Responsibilities include consistently up-selling and cross-selling AAA products (memberships, credit cards, insurance referrals), assisting members in planning domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, triptiks), answering overflow Roadside Assistance calls during peak volumes, and providing backup in cashiering, IDENTITY/IDEMIA services as applicable. Requires sales and customer service experience, strong written and oral communication skills, and proficiency with computers. Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment. High school diploma or equivalent required. Full-time role with benefits including medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, and more; location at 1050 Green Blvd, Aurora, IN 47001 with standard weekday/weekend hours.
