Job Summary
Entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate in FirstCash pawn stores nationwide. You will greet and engage customers, process sales and loans, handle cash and negotiables, operate POS systems, and explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions. The role involves working with a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and requires teamwork, strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Firearms certification may be required; bilingual applicants are encouraged. Commission is earned based on personal performance, with benefits such as paid vacation, earned wage access, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and other discounts.
