Job Summary
Entry-level, Full-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate at FirstCash pawn store locations nationwide. Responsibilities include greeting and engaging customers, processing sales and loan transactions, maintaining merchandise displays, handling cash and negotiable items, answering calls, explaining legal aspects of pawn/buy transactions, and providing a positive customer experience. The role involves working with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations, with commission incentives on top of hourly pay. Qualifications include High School Diploma or GED or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, strong math and POS skills, and flexible retail scheduling including weekends and holidays. Required Qualifications
