Job Summary
Represent Reliant electricity plans to consumers while helping them lower energy costs in your community. Identify customer needs, handle objections, and build strong relationships to drive new enrollments. Work together to hit goals and celebrate wins without door-to-door or cold calling. Maintain professional interactions, escort customers to displays, and accurately document and report all sales activity. Ensure workstations are clean and functional, submit paperwork completely, and meet established monthly sales quotas. Maintain customer confidentiality and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to event locations
- Flexible availability needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
