Job Summary
Demonstrate NECOA water purification products to customers, tailoring presentations to their specific needs while building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with store staff. Engage shoppers to create memorable experiences, escort them to displays, and suggest products that fit their assessed requirements. Maintain retail displays for cleanliness and demo-readiness, accurately document and report all sales, and submit paperwork completely. Meet monthly sales quotas and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results in a fast-paced environment. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with availability for Friday and Saturday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- 1-year job experience required
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred fluency in both English and Spanish (able to read, write, and speak Spanish)
- Be a problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast
- Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn
- Be comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
- Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
- Retail experience or customer service experience a plus
- Training or product demonstration experience a plus
