Job Summary
Represent Reliant Energy services at Kroger 191 and event locations by promoting electricity plans, assessing customer needs, and suggesting products to lower energy costs. Welcome customers, escort them to displays, and build confidence to help them make selections while accurately documenting and reporting all sales. Meet monthly sales quotas and maintain a clean, functional work station. Maintain professional interactions with customers and teammates, submit paperwork completely, and track activity to Retail Operations. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to hit goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to maintain customer confidentiality
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel to event locations
- Flexible availability needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
