Job Summary
Greet and assist guests throughout their shopping journey by presenting value-driven product solutions. Meet or exceed minimum performance standards and KPIs covering sales, finance, bedding, protection, and delivery while adhering to established selling processes. Conduct timely customer follow-up, review orders for accuracy, and take payments or assist with financing options. Resolve guest questions by partnering with leadership and support teams, and maintain store cleanliness through assigned areas. Actively participate in coaching, training, and development opportunities. This role supports 1915 South's mission to deliver exceptional service across 30 Ashley stores in the southeast, offering competitive commission-based pay and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Standing/walking for extended periods
- Occasional lifting
- Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays, as required
