Job Summary
Retail Sales Associate responsible for delivering an exceptional guest shopping experience by building relationships, understanding guest needs, and presenting solutions that create value. This role focuses on connection, service, and follow-up while meeting minimum performance standards through KPIs. Key duties include greeting and assisting guests, presenting products, meeting or exceeding KPI targets (sales, financing, bedding, protection, and delivery), following selling processes, participating in coaching and development, conducting timely follow-up, reviewing orders for accuracy before submission, taking payments and assisting guests with financing options, partnering with leadership and support teams to resolve questions, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and supporting the sales process through a strong customer-service mindset. Compensation is commission-based with performance bonuses; comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.
- Experience: Retail sales, specifically furniture, preferred.
