Job Summary
Entry-level, full-time pawnbroker/retail sales associate in our pawn store locations nationwide. Greets and interacts with customers to provide financial solutions, processes sales and loan transactions, handles cash and negotiable items, maintains sales floor, and collaborates with staff to deliver positive customer experiences; duties may include working with jewelry, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and other merchandise. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic math, POS proficiency, and the ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays. Commission structure available in addition to hourly wage; earned wage access and 401(k) programs offered where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified
- Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Bilingual applicants encouraged
