Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service with memorable, meaningful interactions and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets. Complete sales transactions to reach set store goals while maintaining high store presentation standards and ensuring new stock is promptly and accurately displayed. Actively keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services, and demonstrate a strong safety mindset to create a safe culture within the team. This role requires a passion for animals, experience in retail, and the ability to lift products up to 20kgs. Candidates must be flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications

- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
