Retail Sales Assistant

Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to every customer by recommending products that inspire creativity and reconnecting families with memories. Maintain excellent store standards through merchandising, cleanliness, and stock replenishment while operating tills accurately and supporting deliveries and stockroom organization. Follow operational procedures for health and safety and loss prevention, and collaborate with the team to meet store targets and KPIs. If assigned as a Keyholder, manage store opening and closing, cash handling, and basic supervisory duties. This 6-hour contract role requires physical comfort managing stairs and heavy stock, with a focus on building trust and loyalty through authentic brand representation.
