Job Summary
On the shop floor, deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers and maintain store standards including merchandising, stock replenishment, and handling tills with accuracy. Promote the brand and product knowledge to help customers discover gifts and inspire creativity, while collaborating with teammates to meet store targets and KPIs. May include keyholder duties such as opening/closing, cash handling, and supervising responsibilities when needed. Be flexible for varied shifts, comfortable with physical tasks like stocking and stairs, and engage customers to create positive brand experiences.
Required Qualifications

- Experience handling cash and tills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to work varied shifts

- Physically able to manage stairs and heavy stock
- Age 18+ for Keyholder responsibilities (opening/closing, cash handling)
