Job Summary
Proactively approach customers, start friendly conversations to understand their needs, and make helpful product recommendations. Deliver a knowledgeable customer experience while maintaining excellent store standards through merchandising, cleanliness, and stock replenishment. Operate tills accurately, handle transactions, and support deliveries and stockroom organization. Follow operational procedures including health and safety and loss prevention. Work collaboratively with the team to meet store targets and KPIs. If assigned as a Keyholder, open and close the store securely, complete end-of-day cash procedures, and take responsibility for store operations when a manager is absent. This 12-hour contract role involves working across different store areas, using stairs, and moving stock in a busy environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18 or over
- Ability to work a variety of shifts
- Comfortable learning to use tills and handle transactions accurately
- Willingness to learn and get involved to create an amazing customer experience
- Proactively approach and engage with customers

- Support with cash handling and store security (if applicable as Keyholder)
