Job Summary
Set up and clean Puppy Preschool rooms and equipment, then deliver informative training sessions to customers while facilitating their learning outcomes. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions, inspire clients on pet care and products, and complete sales transactions to meet store goals. Maintain high store presentation standards by displaying new stock and replenishing inventory, while actively keeping knowledge on pet care and services current. Demonstrate initiative by contributing to a fun, supportive culture and upholding a strong safety mindset within the team.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
- Experience in dog training
- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
