Job Summary
Respond to customer enquiries in-store and over the phone, investigating and helping clients problem-solve therapy and equipment issues. Provide set-up, ongoing support, and education to encourage successful therapy outcomes while fitting customers for masks and recommending suitable options based on training. Educate clients on the safe and effective use of sleep therapy equipment, drive sales of new services, and maintain clinic presentation and cleanliness. Process payments, complete administrative duties, and manage trial and sales stock including inventory control and re-ordering. This part-time role offers 22.8 hours per week with a rotating roster Monday through Sunday. No healthcare experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided for all candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail or healthcare environment
