Provide exceptional customer service and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets. Complete memorable sales transactions while aiming to reach set store sales goals. Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation, ensuring new stock is promptly and accurately displayed and replenished. Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services. Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore with a strong safety mindset. Work weekends and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
