Job Summary
As a Retail Sales Assistant (Keyholder) at The Works, you’ll be the face of the brand on the shop floor, delivering friendly, knowledgeable service to customers, sparking conversations, and helping shoppers discover products they’ll love. You’ll maintain store standards, merchandise and stock replenishment, operate tills with cash handling, support deliveries and stockroom organization, and uphold health and safety and loss prevention procedures. If applicable as Keyholder, you’ll open/close the store, take on basic supervisory responsibilities, and receive enhanced pay. You’ll work with your team to meet store targets and promotions, stay informed on products and services, and embody the brand ambassador mindset to create positive customer experiences.
